Nepal is a sovereign country located in the Himalayan. It has a population of approximately 29 million (and 2 million absentee workers living abroad). Kathmandu is the nation’s capital and Mt. Everest called Sagarmatha is in Nepal. Hinduism is practised by a large majority of people in Nepal than in any other nation.

Nepal is rich in culture and history. Ironically, she remains as the poorest among the nations of the world.  Christianity has been growing like mushrooms all over Nepal since 1990 when religious freedom was granted to the people. As a result, Ecumenical, Pentecostal, Catholics, including the cults and occults movements have been spreading over entire Nepalese Christian society. But there is no reformed church in Nepal. For this reason, it was my dream to introduce the reformed faith in Nepal. During my 2nd year at FEBC, I began to preach the gospel among the Nepalese community in Singapore.

By God’s grace, many believed and were baptized and I founded the Singapore Nepalese Church.  Tee Chung Seng has helped me to organize a Nepalese preaching point at Kelapa Sawit Bible-Presbyterian Church where we have regular worship services on every Sunday..... more
